Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for reservation cancellations and date modifications
1. Standard Cancellation Guidelines
We understand that travel and event plans can change. Our direct booking cancellation terms are structured as follows:
- Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to arrival.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show.
2. Date Modification & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your stay, date modifications are accommodated free of charge (subject to calendar availability and seasonal rate adjustments) when requested at least 14 days prior to your original check-in date.
3. Inclement Weather & Special Events
For single-day private pool rentals and outdoor celebrations affected by severe weather warnings, alternative indoor/covered arrangements or date postponement will be offered in direct coordination with the host.
